Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Certain items (such as custom-made, personalized, or digital products) are non-returnable.

To initiate a return, please email us at eveandroseatelier@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Please note:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your returned item reaches us safely.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us again.

Exchanges
